I got this for my parents for the holidays and wanna make it work.. I tried today and can't get it to work it keeps telling me "no firmware disc detected." I have tried downloading it and burning it several times to the blank CDR and that didn't resolve the issue. Most firmware has been provided as an file which needs to be burned to the disc as an image vs. However, it seems Memorex simply zipped the contents of the disc and provided that as a download.
